Parkhouse Bell

100% Employee Owned

Global talent research team puts its own talent on top.

Parkhouse Bell proudly announces its transition to a 100% employee-owned company.

The decision signifies Parkhouse Bell’s commitment to its employee team, clients, and the ongoing innovation that underscores its journey to date. The approval, led by the current owners, Sue Craven (Exec. Chair), Matthew Mellor (CEO) and Kirsty Young (Director) marks a strategic move towards reinforcing the company’s ethos of empowerment and independence. All three Directors are remaining with the business.

This transition to employee ownership enhances Parkhouse Bell’s strength and agility as an independent business.

There will be no alterations to the company’s management framework or daily operations, and the conversion to employee ownership will have only positive outcomes for Parkhouse Bell’s clients, employees and stakeholders.

Sue Craven, Exec. Chair of Parkhouse Bell and Co-Founder, said, “We take immense pride in delivering world-class talent outcomes on behalf of our clients, and we can only do that through a world-class team. This transition reaffirms our commitment to quality, innovation and excellence that will address our clients’ evolving needs for years to come.

Parkhouse Bell CEO, Matthew Mellor stated “In addition to protecting clients’ best interests through the continued independence of the business, we are delighted that our team will benefit from Parkhouse Bell’s Employee Ownership status. Employee Ownership will allow colleagues to have increased influence on how the business evolves, as well as ensuring that they benefit financially from the EO mechanism and an additional EMI scheme in which every colleague has a stake”.

With employees across the globe, including the Americas, China, Middle East, APAC and Europe, Parkhouse Bell is a leading executive talent research firm with a reputation for high-quality research, digital innovation and outstanding client service to global clients.

“Employee ownership is the natural evolution for Parkhouse Bell”, stated Director, Kirsty Young. “The transition underscores our organisational values and allows us to keep being us; independently minded, brave and with an appetite to keep moving the dial on behalf of our colleagues and clients”.
