About the role

Supporting the Director of Corporate Services in the day-to-day management of our Finance, HR and IT functions.

Your key tasks will include:

Finance:

Ensuring accurate and timely payments from our multi-national corporate client base through communication with their procurement and accounting functions; ascertaining PO numbers, issuing invoices, confirming payment days and ensuring prompt payment.  You will undertake treasury and cash management processes, support efficient month-end processes and work with external advisers on providing information or completing statutory forms.  You will also support the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI), Statements of Works (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) where the requirement is to include accurate financial and statutory information.

HR:

You will be involved in creating and maintaining accurate records across the whole employee lifecycle, supporting hiring, onboarding and employee administration as we grow our global team. You will be involved in projects such as planning and organising annual training programmes, personal development plans, job spec creation, organisation design, assessment of benefit schemes, employee engagement surveys, HR systems and processes and employee events.

Business Support:

You will liaise with providers of IT systems and services, ensuring full-service provision and provide support to the business when required in areas such as admin and report production.

Applicant requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in an office management or finance environment

  • Previous experience in dealing with the administration of the finance and procurement processes for a global client base.

  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 and Xero accounting software.

  • Experience of multi-currency trading and accounts.
Summary & Benefits

A hybrid contracts and working mainly from home. However, our team does come together on a regular basis and team members have to be prepared to travel within the UK. 

The role requires someone to work Monday-Friday, but we will consider flexible or part-time working hours.
