We are looking for a Marketing & Design Executive to support the delivery of our marketing strategy, co-ordinate our social media presence and assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Design, the Marketing & Design Executive role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities which will drive the success of Parkhouse Bell’s strategic marketing plan.
The role involves a multifaceted approach to Marketing, Social Media, Brand Management, and Client / Prospect Reports and Proposals.
Your key tasks will include:
Marketing & Social Media
The Marketing & Design Executive will actively support the development and execution of our marketing strategy. This includes conducting market research, analysing trends, and monitoring the progress of campaigns and website performance.
You will be responsible for creating written and graphical presentations, reports, and case studies.
You will identify relevant national and regional networking events and make recommendations for participation and content, as well as compiling and maintaining an ongoing marketing calendar by gathering of key events and topics aligned to our marketing strategy.
You will create, coordinate and manage social media campaigns (with a focus on LinkedIn), providing post-campaign analysis, and ensuring the regular update of social media platforms with our content, while actively engaging with relevant third-party posts. You will also have a key role in creating and coordinating content for our website and blog and reporting upon site metrics.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts within our business to produce case studies and industry insights, contributing to effective marketing communication campaigns.
The Marketing & Design Executive supports the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image. This involves understanding of our brand’s ‘tone of voice’ to ensure message and wording consistency across diverse platforms. You will monitor branding across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our identity and values.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Design to incorporate client/prospect branding into proposals and presentations.
Clients and Prospects – Reports and Proposals:
The Marketing & Design Executive supports the wider business in the creation client reports and presentations as needed, ensuring that all visual elements align with brand guidelines and meet high a standard.
You will suggest enhancements to reporting templates for improved usability and overall quality and take charge of editing, updating, and recreating marketing collateral.
As you will be working mainly from home you can be based in any location. However, our team does get together on a regular basis and all team members must be prepared to travel within the UK.
