As our business expands, we are looking for pioneering Research and Insights professionals to join our team.
Supporting major corporations around the world by delivering global programs of executive talent research. Projects range from talent mapping and talent pipelining, through to executive search.
We help our clients to achieve their leadership talent diversity and acquisition aspirations through the identification and engagement of world-class talent.
Working with colleagues across a range of projects and sectors, you will be passionate about delivering the highest quality executive talent research work.
You will be an integral part of our research centres of excellence, delivering talent mapping, talent pipelining and executive search projects to a global client base.
Involved in client briefing and update meetings and report preparation, you will work across the full lifecycle of projects.

A mix of Home Working and Office-Based.
You will be based in our London office from time to time, especially during training and induction.
