A Talent Pipeline of Highly Skilled Candidates
Worldwide
Our client, a global leader in software and technology, needed to develop a talent pipeline from which they could hire highly skilled candidates for a specific technical platform which was growing very quickly.
The fast roll-out of the platform required the business to make 300 new hires across 25 different markets in Europe, India, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region within a matter of months.
Working seamlessly with the client’s internal global talent acquisition teams, and directly into their systems, the initial identification, sourcing and screening of candidates was undertaken.
In a second-step telephone interview, the team screened potential candidates against key agreed selection criteria to provide our client with three qualified, interested and available candidates for each planned vacancy.
Candidates progressing to the interview stage were presented to the client, who then directly managed the interview and offer process.
Through this talent pipelining programme, the client gained access to a vast talent pool of over 2,000 candidates.
This resulted in over 1,000 candidate profiles, from which they successfully hired over 300 candidates within five months.
Cost per hire was reduced to 8.5% of salary.
A 17% improvement in time to hire was achieved
