Case Study:
An international, media and technology organisation
Broadcast Media
Fast-paced, forensic mapping for a newly created critical senior role, identifying high calibre talent within competitors and adjacent organisations
The United Kingdom & Europe
Our client, an international media technology organisation, had an unexpected and senior departure, and the vacancy was a leadership priority.
The departure expedited a need for a structural change in the organisation, resulting in the creation of a new role. With the internal resourcing team at capacity, the client required a partner that could provide a high quality talent map at pace in order to aid the resourcing team and get them ahead in the search.
The client required talent identified initially amongst their immediate competitors and adjacent organisations, but with an open mind to considering best-in-class talent across a range of organisations and industries.
With candidate criteria provided in a full brief from the client, Parkhouse Bell identified adjacent organisations where relevant talent might be found to compliment the competitor organisations.
Parkhouse Bell identified relevant talent across media, technology and other digital native sectors such as digital banks, utilities, retail, betting and gaming, travel and leisure, pure-play ecommerce and technology. The client needed to urgently fill the vacancy and requested a turnaround of 7 – 10 working days. We delivered the map in one working week. Each individual on the map was ranked taking into account the client’s priorities and specified criteria.
