Sue Craven
Exec. Chair
Sue Craven is recognised internationally as the forerunner in engaging with multinational organisations on the opportunities presented to them by the use of bespoke executive talent research.
Sue founded Armstrong Craven in 1990 and having sold the business in 2005 remained on the Board as Group Managing Director of the plc until 2009. She returned to Chair Armstrong Craven in 2012 following a private equity backed MBO.
Sue has held many NXD roles over the years and was invited to join the Board of Parkhouse Bell as Chair in 2017.
Having reunited with Kirsty Young and Matthew Mellor, together they acquired the Parkhouse Bell business in 2019 in order to create an organisation which has quality at its heart and is focussed on delivering a standard of excellence in bespoke talent research.
Sue’s commitment to championing the benefits of executive talent research to an international client base is as determined as it ever was and, in her role as Exec Chair, Sue provides experience, insight and strategic direction to the team and the business as a whole.
