The experienced team, with career backgrounds in leading global executive search firms, was seeking a partner to deliver and develop its talent intelligence capability, to provide executive stakeholders with actionable insights to inform the group’s talent and business strategy.

In partnership with the Global Head of Executive Search, Parkhouse Bell designed an ongoing program of support, to deliver a range of talent intelligence support.

This included:

  • Ongoing talent monitoring
  • Bespoke insight projects to support strategic decision making
  • Country/region/category specific insight to support pre and post corporate transactions
  • Diversity intelligence to support increased diversity hiring
  • Training and consulting to support and develop the Talent Intelligence capability of the
    Executive Search team
  • Support in developing talent intelligence gathering processes and data management
