We were privileged last week to spend our annual company charity day at Seashell in Manchester, a learning disability charity which supports children and young adults with complex learning difficulties and disabilities from across the UK.
Alongside education and residential care teams, Seashell also has on-site therapists, nursing staff, and behaviour support specialists.
Their facilities are outstanding and include 17 four bedroomed houses for children and young people who need residential support. It was here that we spent some of the day, tending the gardens, planting plants and sprucing things up.
It was a humbling, valuable and positive experience to visit Seashell and lend a hand in some small way.
Thank you to Hannah Valentine and the rest of the team at Seashell for providing the opportunity to help out. It is truly an extraordinary place for extraordinary people.

Our overseas teams will be undertaking charity work in their local areas.
